Is this backup camera compatible with my vehicle?

This backup camera works with any head unit that has an RCA input and supports NTSC(CVBS NTSC) or AHD video signal. PAL(CVBS PAL) is not supported.
How do I switch this reverse camera to AHD 1080P? I cut the orange wire for AHD 1080P but see no image. Why?

Cut orange wire→set head unit to AHD 1080P 30fps→restart. Nothing shows? It's a compatibility issue – your monitor may only support AHD 720P, try AHD 720P 30fps instead. Still no? Reconnect orange wire, set to NTSC(CVBS N). Works with 90%+ monitors.
My head unit only supports CVBS NTSC. Will this rear view camera work?

Yes. Leave the orange wire uncut – the camera defaults to NTSC(CVBS N), which works with 90%+ monitors. Just set your head unit to NTSC(CVBS N).
How is the night vision performance of this reverse camera for car?
