You will need to disconnect the bluetooth connection by press and hold BT on remote for 2S before connecting it with another device via bluetooth.

Please connect the subwoofer to the SUB OUT port on the soundbar, not the AUX IN port. These two ports look identical, so please pay close attention to the labels—otherwise, the subwoofer will not produce any sound.
